Well, it seems we can say that Panther Racing's J.R. Hildebrand is fully recovered from the torn ACL he suffered last summer and was forced to race with for the rest of the 2011 season.

I don't think that Hildebrand, driver of the No. 4 National Guard Chevrolet, would attempt climbing an iced-over waterfall in Colorado (the Fish Creek Falls in Steamboat Springs, to be precise) -- and film the climb with a camera -- on a bum left knee. Of course, I'm not Hildebrand, so I could be wrong...

It's well-known that the California native is big on extreme/outdoor sports, so we can't say we're surprised that he went ahead and did this. The following video is not recommended for people with fear of ice, snow or Rage Against The Machine. Thanks to Panther Racing for the heads-up.
