Final decision yet to be made on 'lucky dog' rule

Apparently, the debut of the 'lucky dog' rule in the IZOD IndyCar Series is not set in stone just yet. Our friends over at More Front Wing are reporting that a final decision will be made by Monday and that the request for the 'lucky dog' rule came from the team owners.
